Simulation button gone

Maybe I’m stupid but I’ve been playing the career mode and now randomly I can’t “simulate” while my player isn’t on the ice. It use to let me press the simulate button but now I can’t, I have to sit ...

    Hello, @alldayerrraday 

    Try restarting NHL 23. If it's still happening, get me a screenshot and I'll pass it on to the team. Also, let me know which console version you're playing.

Happening to me now too in nhl 25, restarted the game and that didn’t work so I made a new one and it won’t go away. Tried looking it up but couldn’t find a definitive solution.

@Hockeyspider555 I fixed it, just reset my settings to the default and put it to 5 mins instead of custom and somehow it now says sim to next shift

    my settings just reset so now it’s back to the stupid thing and I got injured and it says the doctors are looking at me and hoping for me to return and I can’t sim the period like I usually do.
