    Hello, everyone. It's possible that having a custom gamerpic is causing this. This is a temporary workaround while we work to resolve the issue. Please update your gamerpic to be a default image and not a custom one.

Update installed...before the update everything worked great...

Already tried to exit and restart the game..but Same result...

Hard reset will delete all my progress?

No. The hard reset won't delete any progress. I had the same problem and once I did that, I was prompted for the update, installed it and the problem was resolved. You can also view the details for the game on your console and make sure the version number says 1.3, but if you see that now, it would still be good to hard restart.

    @EA_Aljo Just to be sure: I have to do a hard restart , not a hard reset, right?

      Just hold the power button down on your console until it turns off. Then, turn it back on again.

        I've hard reset and I'm running version 1.3 as confirmed by checking the game details. I'm still stuck at select sides, and I'm completely unable to start a game.
