What happens when the bug occurs? The simulation starts, then the audio kind of stops, you can’t hear the crowd, then you are just stuck on the simulation screen but it isn’t frozen since there is still sound and the loading icon is moving.

Not sure if it was the case everytime I got the bug but the last two times it happened, the captain of my team just had a penalty and it didn’t necessarily occured during the sim. I also remember it happening in the juniors when I was captain myself, but it might just be a coincidence. It also only happened in the third and one time in OT during the qualification round for the memorial cup.
