SUSPENDED ACCOUNT

 Hi EA,I 've play NHL my whole life my account was suspended for 7 days, auction house for 14 and you're wiping all of my coins. My friend has quit the game and had 500k coins that he said he would give me, he said he has given coins to other friends in the past and that there is no harm in doing so. I made the mistake by believing him. I'm very upset with this situation and was not even given a warning... However before this happened I had spent 500$ in packs (40,000 points) I had 2 tradeable sean durzi fantasy cards, a tradeable bowen byram fantasy card and close to 500,000 coins myself. Liquid I was at around 1.7 million coins. PLEASE PLEASE do not take away what I had before this incident. As you can see I've never been banned or suspended ever and my first NHL game was NHL 09 I have been the biggest fan and a loyal fan for many many years and never broken the rules.. Taking away my account and coins is a very big deal to me. If you must take away my coins, can you load 40,000 points back onto my account when my suspension is over?? I live 30 minutes from the headquarters in Burnaby and would be more than happy to come down and meet about this. I really hope we can come to an agreement, I'm begging you.
