Unopened pack notification will not go away

Product: NHL 23 Platform:PlayStation 5 What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Mr_Misanthropy23 How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure it ...

@EA_Aljo is there anything new regarding the problem? It's really annoying but it can't take that long to fix this bug.
