Wrong

I was suspended for no reason for half a day for breaking no rule. Well 8 hours later they apologized for the mistake. I was having a nhl25 get together but we couldn’t even play. Ea owes me coins and much more than an apology! I can’t contact them directly so this is the next step I thought I would take. Please help me with my next steps!!
