Community ManagerWhat's odd is that there are so few reports of this. It's possible it's a very rare issue with the game so I'll keep an eye out for other reports of it. Normally, when there's an issue with the game, we get a high amount of reports of it. I'll pass these details on to the team and let you know if I have any news on it.
@EA_Aljo I appreciate that, but it doesn't help me now. So I just can't record anything that happens from here on out... Doesn't help with losing all the points and games either.

I understand, but unfortunately, we can't help with the missing points. In the meantime, I'd advise against recording clips.
