@couture2fat2fly I agree, I think it's a combination of low defensive awareness, too high of incidental contact effectiveness, and low offensive awareness pickups.
Also, the AI D should never be skating toward their own goalie after they recover a puck, yet it happens frequently. Poor AI programming, as protecting the net and keeping the puck AWAY from it should be priority #1 for AI. If they recover the puck in their own crease, they should immediately chop it toward center ice or a corner, yet they constantly recover it and begin skating into the own goalie.
The own goals are insanely frequent this year.
