Free mega players pack not showing up in any of my "perks" locations
I bought the xfactor edition of 2024. I subscribe to gamepass ultimate (with EA play) why isn't it available as advertised? thanks.

Thanks. But it's simply not there. I've gotten many perks before but it's not appearing. Any help getting it done would be appreciated.

Community ManagerI really don't know why it wouldn't be there. Have you tried contacting Xbox support to see if they have any suggestions? Since you need to claim the pack outside of the game, it's not something we can really troubleshoot.
They are saying it's because I'm currently in ASIA. Can you kindlly unlock the region on this code?
I bought the game. I have gamepass. I've bought every NHL game since 92. It's the least you can do.

I'm looking into this for you. Normally though, there's nothing we can do about this when regions are excluded. That can happen for various reasons we don't have control over.
Thanks there's got to be a solution. Maybe you can just put the pack in my account or in the store?

Shouldn't it work if you change the country in the Xbox settings?
