How to turn off Button icons from appearing when passing?

Switch your control scheme from Total Control to Skill Stick. That's the only way to get rid of the Icon Passing icons.
My controls are on skill stick... still passing icons. Maybe a bug?
We need the option to turn these passing icons off. Same goes for the pressure overlay on the ice.
Question does these buttons icons appear on the screen even if you push the pass button one time for a simple pass??
They appear when you go and load your manual pass, it also makes a sound effect on top of it 😫
I play with NOTHING on screen and this on top of the pressure gauge kills it for me 😣

O thanks for the answer i am out for sure.I get it this is a game for kids now and we old dinosaurs beeing pushed out of our favorite sport thank you so * much EA. Little confused here I have watched a couple of games on YT but i do not se the pass icons when they play?

Yes i was thinking this to.So the only way not to get those pass buttons appear all the time is to just push real fast on the pass button? - @PernellKarl027
If you change the sliders a bit on pass speed so you dont have to push as long maybe it not show the buttons so easy?
