@HighTmatthew Yep this is noticable hurting the community in the long run. Taking away those peoples abilities to name their characters after an offense makes much more sense than permanently banning from all EA products.
Kinda crazy how they would rather lose a significant amount of money AND make the players who still play the game suffer through longer matchmaking times just because(in 90% of cases) they made a dumb, immature innuendo in their name.

Yep. My friends account got banned for his real name too and its not even anything remotely wrong or jokey or inappropriate. Jesse Theriault. Nothing wrong with that name, yet he got an immediate permanent ban and when he called to get his account back nobody had the power to unban his account.
- HighTmatthew2 years agoNew Veteran@Thefatlonerpig Yeah they absolutely will not unban accounts. They would not unban my friends account either because it broke the "positive play charter" the Terms of Service team constantly abuse their power and theres no way to directly speak to them. You ALWAYS have to speak to them through an EA advisor and not directly to a team member.
Its truly one of the most broken terrible systems I have ever seen in my life. They steal 1000s of dollars of games and DLC from players and theres not even a way to speak to them directly.
