NHL 24 [PS5] - BANNED FOR USING AUCTION HOUSE *NEED IMMEDIATE HELP*

I am appalled by the lack of incompetence and uselessness of EA Help. It has been 8 full days since I opened a ticket for help with appealing my suspension from NHL 24 Hockey Ultimate Team and I'm still being told it will take 10 days for a response. My HUT ban is for 14 days and my auction house ban is for 28 days. By the time the "specialized" team figures out I didn't do anything wrong, the suspension will be basically over.

Here's the context in case anyone is wondering what happened. On 5/29/2024, the genius content team for HUT created a set to make a 95 Killorn card. It required a 78 OVR Shark goalie. The card instantly became more valuable, so I sold the ONE card I had for 10,000 coins. I was banned first thing in the morning the next day. The system EA uses to monitor suspicious activity is clearly not intelligent enough to identify market shifts in the auction house. I should not be banned for something that YOUR GAME ALLOWS ME TO DO. YOU CONTROL PRICE RANGES. IF YOU DON'T WANT CARDS BEING SOLD FOR TOO MUCH, THEN DON'T LET ME SELL IT FOR THAT MUCH.

EA_ALJO!!!! DO SOMETHING!!!! HELP ME!!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! HOW ARE YOU NOT ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE TO REVIEW THIS NONSENSE????

CASE #179620316

Not only do I want my ban lifted, I want the 180,000 coins that were stolen from me returned. I make 50,000 to 100,000 coins each day on the auction house and this is costing me a ridiculous amount of progress. Almost to the point where there's no point in playing the game anymore. I'm hesitant to ever play future NHL games because of this also and I buy the game EVERY YEAR. How am I supposed to confidently play the game if I'm afraid your game will flag me for being too good at using the auction house??? Absolutely unbelievable.

  • Well they just reversed the sanction this morning, so you're a genius.

Ur account didn't get flagged for a 10k sell in the auction house. Let's keep it real here.

Yes it absolutely did. They have a system in place that flags people selling base cards for max price to distribute coins, but that wasn't the case here. I wouldn't expect someone like you to understand. Thanks for your completely useless input.

You're unfortunately at the mercy of EA Help on this one - there isn't much anyone can do here.

Please keep in mind they work normal hours -- Aljo is already gone and the help agents don't work weekends, to my knowledge.

You're definitely not going to be compensated with coins.

They can see if you transfered coins to someone on ur friend list or to another account. I've done plenty of max listings on extinct cards.
