PING Discrepency and A Solution
Just finished another hut champs game against another Montreal player. My ping 11 - 13 his 4 flat. I out play him for 2 periods 1 -0 going to the 3rd. He beats me 4 1 before I quit with `0 min to go....

just got robbed again in overtime by another Quebec player. I have been a loyal customer of this game franchise for years. I am at the end of my patience with this *.
This is an unfair game ... fix this now.
@internetg611 What I don't understand is why everything is slowed down with lag. I get input delay, but the fatman lag is crazy.
Zero solution. Since they made HUT and WoC "dedicated" servers. It's nothing but input lag galore.
Only way to play this game without your players stuck in quick sand is playing Online Versus.
They refuse to fix the ping as shown in network. It's not actually what your ping is at all.
EA's servers are known to be really undesirable.
Their tick rate is 20hz. Compared to other servers that run at 120hz.
The game also still doesn't run at 60fps and the menus are awful. It's unacceptable now that we have next gen consoles and it's not 2007 anymore.
you are right. it is crap. It needs to be fixed EA. Most players don't care about 50 different helmets or celebrations. We want a realistic hockey game that is fair. It is not a lot to ask for the money that EA asks us to pay for their game each year. I will add last years game that was broken at launch and never updated because tehy were busy working on NHL 2024. What a crock of ----.
- @SturmWolfe It's because they don't design the game for performance. You just have people wanting better graphics this and that. Why the game doesn't have a Quality and Performance mode is beyond me. It's pretty weak we don't have a 1080/120 mode already. It would be used by majority of the online community because performance matters more than stupid gimmicks. The need to try and sell a gimmick each year isn't what the fans want. Quality improvements is what matter most.
