I never got my weekly award pack. just completed today. What do I do? How do I get the reward? Thanks

I have completed the weekly challenge redeemed but rewards never showed up in in box....also completed multiple Makar objectives in game, showed they had completed in game, when I came out the objectives reverted to incomplete.
What is going on I payed for the ultimate pre-order and this is just ridiculous.
