Why is the game so predictable in PvP
Topic says it all! Why can i predict a pvp game almost exactly on the ”in game” minute???? why is it always 20 shoots and the first shoot against always get goal? why is it always at 10:00 in seco...

Couple things from that clip. Player to watch is #16, as I get off with JGP the auto switch to the next guy but I miss the door because of the speed, so I swap off to the defender because I don’t want to try and get 16 off and in turn mess up the D guy on the auto switch by skating up when they should be collapsing on the play. You’ll see a tired 16 come into the shot, which is why I stop playing to hit the line change again and in turn almost give up a goal.
Another aside is how much I dislike the AI. This is for the cpu side, their D man is on the rush and takes the shot, then instead of slaying to the loose puck and keeping possession… he just tries to get back?? It’s so annoying to see, and it makes me really dislike when D-men start leading the rush because their AI doesn’t keep them in the play they start thinking D first

I'm really not sure about the logic for manual line changes. As far as I know, they should change when you request it, but will also wait until it's more safe to do so. However, players will also change on their own when they get tired and there are times they won't head to the bench at the best times. I'm sure there's room for improvement here. I don't really see too many issues with line changes, but I also like to freeze the puck so I can get fresh legs on the ice and minimize those on the fly line changes. Thanks for the feedback on this.
- @EA_Aljo Thank you for looking in on it. I’m assuming since the player is at least near the bench & the door itself that they would get off instead of going out of their way when tired to get back into the play
