Auction House Error

Hey guys

I am currently having an issue with the auction house. Every time I go to buy something I get a long error code and it kicks me off the game. Any ideas?

There are instructions for using EA Help here - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/. You need to select NHL 24 as your game. Then you can choose the reason for contacting support and then will be given contact options.

Is this only happening when using buy now? If so, that's the negative escrow issue. An advisor can fix that for you. A case can be opened here to get in touch with one.

Yes it’s very strange I can buy more expensive cards but not cheap cards. Also when I click that link I just brings be to the home page?

Follow these steps:

Go to help.ea.com

Select NHL 24

Click on See all help topics

Choose Missing Content on the left

Click on I'm looking for something I earned

Click on email or chat (if it's available)

That will get a case open.
