Connection Issues on NHL 24

Over the last couple weeks, i've been having crashing issues where i lose connection to the server (NHL 24) but when that happens, the internet on my xbox gets cut for about 5 seconds before it comes...

I'm currently on wifi but I never had this issue on NHL23

I'm on an Xbox Series S

Thanks! Hope all's good with you as well.

Would you be able to switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Even though you were fine on wireless before, there's no guarantee it'll stay that way. Wireless is an unstable connection and very susceptible to interference.

    Routers too far unfortunately, I could possibly move my Xbox to the router for a bit and see if I crash

      That was going to be my next suggestion. Try that as a test and let me know what happens.

        @EA_Aljo I am also having this same error on PS4 loading screens take 5-10 mins, then after loading up says ea servers lost connection. I have fiber internet 500mbps so it’s not the internet connection. Any advice?

    I'm on a high speed hard wired internet connection, and I lose connection so often playing ranked chel that I can barely enjoy it.
