daily Free Pack?!

Here is photos about there is not anymore daily Free Pack in The shop?! This is happened in Two days A row.

    @LuM1KoLa 

    An advisor can check to see when you last opened this pack. If they can confirm it's been 2 days, we can look into this further. It's possible this pack was opened after the store was refreshed at 2 PM PST yesterday. If that is the case, you just need to wait until that time today, in about 3 hours, to see the daily pack again.

    Hi there, @LuM1KoLa 

    It's been showing up for me and I'm not seeing any other reports so let's try to troubleshoot this. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Can you guys check what happened those Two days when I didn't get The Daily Free Pack?

    @LuM1KoLa 

    You'll have to have an advisor verify those packs weren't opened. Instructions for opening a case can be found here. Let the advisor know you want them to check to see if the TOTS Daily Reward pack was received. That way, they don't get it mixed up with the normal daily reward.
