Community ManagerIn the past, this has been a controller issue. I really don't know what else to tell you because we haven't been able to reproduce it. It's very rare we get these reports. If it were a widespread issue caused by the game, we'd have a lot more reports of it.
For the fourth time it is not a controller issue. Like I said, this has been a complete waste of time.

I absolutely understand that. I'm just saying I can't think of anything else that would cause this. Since you won't get me a video and you won't confirm you tried another controller, I can't rule it out.
Did you check to make sure the controller firmware is up to date? Instructions for that can be found here.
- @EA_Aljo I am on ps5 and both of my controllers are up to date and I still have this butter finger bug everytime one of my players gets near the puck
