I can't open my pack

I can't open my 2 ea play mini players packs from the Jason Robertson objectives in HUT, I want to be compensated! It's not the first tine that my packs don't work in this game so I want a pack for this loss of time. I'm a good client and im tired of theses technical issues always happening this year!
