NHL 24 crashing when loading into WOC game

@EA_Aljo This happens on both my Xbox series X and Xbox series S but I play the Xbox one version of the game. 

how exactly do I reset all of my player stuff? Do I just have to manually default it back to the originals and save it?

Yes. It would be manual. Before doing that though, I just want to make sure you have power cycled your modem/router. You mention factory resetting your console so that would have power cycled it, but this also needs to be done for your network equipment.

Something else to test first is to see if you can connect over a mobile hotspot. This would help narrow down what could be causing this.

@EA_Aljo yes I have power cycled my network equipment too. I am hardwired in to both of my Xbox’s. No other games have this issue. The game is crashing. It doesn’t seem to be a network issue but rather a stability issue with the game itself. I also don’t have a hotspot to try

Are you using a custom gamerpic? If so, try switching to a default one. Also, change up your customizations as I mentioned previously. One other thing we've seen an issue with occasionally is if you have the A or C. Try removing that as well.

We've seen an issue in the past where the C and A can cause a crash, unfortunately.
