NHL 24 Disconnect Issues

Why does my nhl 24 digital ps5 game keep saying its disconnected from the playstation network? My ps5 is hardwired to my router and I have high speed verizon fios. This is the only game that i have that I encounter this issue with. It seems multiple people are having a similar issue, is there a fix you are working on? This happens on online mode.

Hi there, @JoeSal718

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Even though this is the only game I have this issue with, I have since restarted my router and I still have tue same issue. I also play CoD and NBA 2k24 as well as a few other games and never have this issue with any other games. Hopefully there will be a fix soon otherwise to me NHL24 was a waste of money.
