NHL 24 online not working

Stating I must sign in with ea sports to play online , email is correct and when I submit send verification code through my email I get no code. Checked me spam folder in my email and still nothing. ...

Can’t sign in says already in use with this email but it’s a different email that’s not linked to my Xbox account
