Be a Pro Crashing NHL 25

NHL 25 updated on my Xbox Series S today. However when I go into Be a Pro mode and try and play a game the app immediately crashes. All the other modes are fine but this is the mode I want to play. Can we fix this EA?

    Please try completely closing down NHL 25 and hard restart your console. Then, try again.

    Hi there, I have tried that three times and still nothing. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, no luck there either.

    Yes. I tried a new save and also simulating past a few games and it still won’t let me play a game in be a pro career mode

    Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile
    2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
    3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it


    Let me know what happens.

    Well it deleted all my progress in the game, however I am able to play be a pro career again. Kind of disappointed that this is the only way to fix this, I appreciate the help though.

    Yes. There is that risk. Usually, your settings and saved games will download from the cloud, but that doesn't always happen. Regardless, glad to hear you can play again. If you have any other issues, please reach out again. Good luck and have fun!
