EASHL, we can't rotate the player in customization with joystick

This was also in NHL 24 but i noticed that it was the controller wich got "stuck" and i don't know what made that but least i got it working in NHL 24 after i turned my controller off and put it back on.

Don't know if this is the case here because haven't played NHL 25 yet but it might be worth for trying that.

It is happening for me as well on ps5. 

Does restarting your controller help?

Same here, restart wont help.

Fwiw EA_Aljo , when reporting this, it consistently happens after playing a game and then going into CZ. Works fine on first load.
The turning off controller trick does work, not every time though.  

Haven’t tried, only upon closing the game it resolved. But right after a game it occurs again

Is everyone in this thread on PS5 or are some of you on Xbox Series X/S?
