Goalies cant goalie at all

Happens way too much, 5 goals on 13 shots ny goalie is a 72 ovr and their goalie is a 60ovr. I have 5 goals on 34 shots. I do not play out of position, the cpu literally takes wristers and snipes my goalie like wtf
