How to one-timer in Be a Pro?

I have played countless hours of BAP and I still cannot do a wind-up one timer. I hold L2 and back on the right stick, but every time the pass comes and I move the right stick forward I always receiv...

    Hi there. Make sure your player is facing the pass. You also want to press up after the pass is made and before you receive it. You'll get a catch and release type shot when your timing and/or positioning are off.

      You're very welcome. Let me know if you continue to have trouble with it. You can also go in to practice mode to get the feel of one timers better.

    Can you upload a video showing exactly how you set it up? I'm having a lot of trouble getting the gray icon under my player to pop up and can never get a one timer set up i got one by accident but can't seem to figure it out.
