Community ManagerHi there. Make sure you power cycle your network equipment by unplugging your modem/router for a couple of minutes. Also, hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off.
You can also try using alternate DNS settings. Instructions are in the article here.
Check to see if your TV/monitor has a game mode and enable it if you do.
