Matchmaking is ruining tournament games!

Its inconceivable how EA cant make such simple things work in your game.
I know that EA doesnt give a **** what happening in Europe but i still want to report this issue.

Now the problem is that players get an error when the game starts to load from the lobby. I mean that lobby where you can see opponent team/players. After that 3/6 our players got errors. We tried to get into game 1.5 hours last night and over 1 hours day before that. We are trying to play ECL (European Championship League). Ive talked with other players and i also watching streams every night that many other teams have same problem so this is BIG PROBLEM. Players are creating new accounts and that seems to help (some players) but this is ridiculous EA. You are by far the worst gaming company in history.

On the other hand i am also aware that there is hardly a fix in sight because EA doesnt have a skills to fix this problem. If they had this would have been fixed on the first week when the game was released.

How stu*** can you be to break a perfectly good system instead of fixing something that was already broken in the game? EA seriously need new team behind this game series or this game is going to be dead in near future. Thats sure thing. It must be nice to read this forum when there are maybe 1% positive comments. You can be proud of yourselves team, great work!!

You need new team leader with a brain who knows something about hockey. The person should know the difference between fortnite (and other children's games) vs hockey. Then you need staff who knows something about coding. Clearly you do not have a single person in the company who can do this job.
