If you start a new career, are they improving?
I reset the x box as you previously suggested on a different issue to see if that would help and I ran the last few days of preseason again. Same result.
I created a new franchise on a different gaming profile and got the same result.

Are they improving after you train them the first time, but are not improving after?
I restarted the franchise again and it worked on the skaters. The problem just appears to be goalie improvement.

Thanks for letting me know. I've raised this as an issue with goalies. It'll be investigated.
