Yesterday, Microsoft showed a portable Xbox device.
Actually, it would be interesting to know - will the NHL game series be available on it?
As I understand, the device will run Windows 11, but also give full Xbox features (this part is not very clear - maybe it's just marketing).
You can install games directly or play through the cloud.
So, can this be a chance for NHL to come back to PC?
Or at least, can we play NHL on this portable Xbox?

Hello. The only way to play NHL on PC is to use Xbox Cloud Gaming. If this changes and we have a native PC release, we'll make an announcement.

This yearly debate is tiresome - we want it - EA says they don’t believe it will be profitable or profitable enough. There is an easy answer - put it on Kickstarter (PC & even Switch 2) and EA gets to decide what the magic sales number is and your customers get to prove their commitment with pre-sales - win/win right? Either way, the proof is measurable and not an arbitrary argument about theoretical estimates and if the kickstarters fail - the customers are to blame, not EA Management/Leadership and this can be revisited the same way every few years

Hi there. I wanted to check back on this, because I am currently playing NHL 25 XBox X/S Series version on Windows 11 with the Microsoft GamePass Ultimate that comes bundled with EA Play standard (not pro). This works by using Microsoft's CloudGaming engine. Do you know, if we can expect to get NHL 26 XBox X/S Series game too? I would love to play NHL 26 on Windows 11 again. Thanks for an eventual answer.

Hello. We'll have to wait and see if NHL 26 releases on Xbox Cloud Gaming. If that happens, we'll make an announcement. Thanks!
