No Exact Matchmaking Option in EASHL

Why is there no Exact Matchmaking option in EASHL Clubs? A full team of 6 should be matching with a full team of 6.  There is also no Best Game Location option either. Why was this removed?

    Patch 1.1.0.1 just released (second patch)...still ignoring the problem
