PLEASE DEAR GOD PUT CONNECTED FRANCHISE MODE BACK IN THE GAME.
It’s been over a decade since we had the only decent game mode in the nhl series. The franchise mode is great, but solo offline play will never be the same as playing in a connected franchise. Game 7 OT of the cup finals against buddy creates a level of dialed in not seen since the likes of the great Peter LeFleur. Beefing up the back end at the deadline to turnbuckle Terry’s soft forwards like Chara to Pacioretty gets the fellas going.
