Community ManagerKidShotime makes gifs out of his clips. They may have some instructions for doing that.
As far as publishing your clips through your console goes, which one are you on? Those instructions can be found with a web search. It's a lot easier to record them on your console than your phone.
I am on PS5 and will definitely check out what is out there on this - thanks!
