It keeps happening to lots of people. “Corrupt save” is always blamed, but no other NHL25 modes seem to be affected, and certainly no other games. Amazing coincidence how all of these Be a Pro saves happen to get corrupted, isn’t it?

Community ManagerIf a crash always happens at the same time in BaP or Franchise Mode, that's most likely a corrupt save. If your console randomly boots you back to the dashboard, that's a different issue.
So I went ahead and started a new Be a Pro career from scratch. For the third time.
i played 37 games, and…… it crashes at exactly the same point when I try to start my next game. I choose the team jerseys, I hit Start Game, it goes to the VS screen, and as soon as the chunky guitar chords start, BANG crash to main PS menu. Exactly the same as last time, and exactly the same as the time before that.
That’s three for three - I can’t even play through a single rookie season. It’s the middle of April and I haven’t even yet played as the position I chose (center) in the setup.
I’ll say it again - I’ve played this game since the very first version on Sega Genesis when I was in high school, and I’m done. Not planning to ever buy again, because it is, quite literally, unusable.
Same thing is happening to me now after grinding on BaP. How is it that all of these hundreds if not thousands of people including me have corrupt saves? Sounds like a game issue

It's certainly possible this is a game issue. We'll have to wait and see if it's addressed in the future. For now, the best I can advise is already mentioned in this thread.
