Can’t download NHL25

Hello,

I am having a purchase/download error with NHL 25 via my EA Play subscription.

When I try to download the game, I get a 'Purchase Error' stating: 'This item is unavailable. You already own the following items, which conflict with the item you're trying to buy: NHL 25 Post Launch Standard Tracker.'

I do not own the full game yet, and this 'tracker' is preventing me from accessing the game through EA Play.
