Can’t Play any Online Matches

Got on today and played a few matches with my friends on World of Chel in our Club, then my game randomly crashed while loading the next match and since then, both me and my other friend can’t connect to any online modes. (both Playstation 5)

I try online versus: failed to retrieve data, code: 65836E8CC2F858E7-0000000000009999-20535A907DF21DCE

any mode in WoC Clubs: failed to retrieve data, code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892

I’ve attached a screenshot of both errors above.

is this common? has anyone else experienced this tonight? really disappointed to have spent the money on the game today for it not to work after 30 minutes.

    Same issue and exact error here. 3 of our 6 sixes players have this. All on PS5.

    Same issue and no word whatsoever from EASportsNHL. I have buddies who bought early access and have not been able to play one game at all. Worst release ever we should get refunded for early access IMO

    Played 2 games and it happened to me. Broken since early access. Come on EA where's the help for your broken game I just paid 100 bucks for and can't use
