Hi, yes, I am. I tried the power cycle to no avail. In-game shop still looks like this (see attached file). Have a ticket with support, but there's been no rectification in 48+ hours, and the support website won't allow me to resume my case (it just kicks me back to the homepage every time I finish entering data).

Are you able to purchase using points in the store on the Xbox website?

I'm on PS5
There don't appear to be any points being sold from the Playstation store in my region at the moment.
The in-game Purchase NHL Points tab leads me to a message that says:
The item you're looking for is unavailable. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale.- EA_Aljo2 years ago
