Community ManagerI have reported this again. It's not a widespread issue, but there are more reports of it with the release of NHL 26. I have both a digital only and day one Xbox Series X. Neither crash. I did have a problem with overheating. Taking the cover off my console and cleaning it took care of that. I know that's not a fix for many of you though. Hopefully, we'll find out what is causing this and get it resolved. So far, we just haven't been able to reproduce it.
Why isn't there option to upload diagnosis right from the console when stuff like that happens. It's obviously happening to more people than it has before. If there was option like that I'm sure the devs would be able to fix it without need to actually reproduce the issue...
Community ManagerI know that would be great to have. Unfortunately, that's not the case. So, I need to gather the info I already asked for. A couple of people have sent over their details so that helps, but it would be good to get more.
