Daily pack crashes game
I'm playing on the Series X and every time I open HUT it requires me to open my daily pack. Once I get to that point shortly after the game crashes and closes out.

Community ManagerThanks for reporting this. Let's go through a full power cycle just to make sure that doesn't resolve it. Please follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
Just tried that same issue once it brings up the daily pack screen it closes the game. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstall with no success either.
