Error when trying to open World of Chel

When opening world of CHEL i get an error saying ”ERROR: fetching information failed, try again later” I have restarted my game and console multiple times, but it wont let me in. Please help.

    Hey everyone, 

    Please try signing back into World of Chel when you've got the chance. It looks like the issue may be fixed now. 

    If you're still getting the same error please let me know!

    Hello as of today, 31 March 2025, I cannot load into World Of Chel. it keeps on loading and gives me an error message... even when opening the game it takes so long to load, this is happening to my friend also... on PS5.  we are trying to play EASHL
