Frozen screen

I'm having a problem with a frozen screen, after I’ve played cup chase. The screen is just freezing with a text on the right top corner saying “ cleaning the ice” ?
anyone else having this problem ?

HUT - Beast mode tokens disappeared
After completing a certain amount of sets for Beast mode token, the items from the pack I have bought + the BM tokens that I have picked up from my inbox disapeared...
