Game crashes in champs/rivals and duplicate rewards from crowned 94ovr set

My stats are broken in champs, it’s says I’ve have 9-9-2 record. How ever if I go to the recent games it’s 12-7-2.  I also have lost games where the game has crashes, this has only occurred while le...

Just these 3 times, haven’t happend before or after, all the 3 incidents happend on the same day aswell

Glad to hear the crashing has stopped. For now at least. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest to prevent this in the future. Hopefully, we can get this reproduced and addressed.
