Game Still crashing constantly
Over two weeks ago I posted a thread, as since the game came out I have been crashing out of World of Chel games constantly. After reading up on some suggestions I thought it may be caused by me game...

Community ManagerHey there. Apologies for missing your previous message. You weren't being intentionally ignored. We still haven't found what is causing this. Are you on a Series X or Series S? Also, if you have a video of the crash, I'll add that to the investigation.
No problem I understand you guys are all doing the best you can it's just the consistency of the crashing that is extremely frustrating, especially in the higher levels of EASHL. I have a clip I'll have to figure out how to send it on here, will have to do later.
