Hut broke

My hut has been broken for over 3 hours. I have been told it’s my fault even though it’s happening to other users and now eahelp wont let me talk to a representative. Can some please do something or give me a time frame

  • Same problem here almost 4 hours. Crashes after i get a nameless player in hut and it still doesent work. Nice way to waste money on the deluxe when it have lag like this

      Can you point in the direction to call someone. This is ridiculous.

        Me too....im on xbox série x and its crash on open daily pack.....

      You said that hours ago. Can I have any time frame. The only reason I bought the delux edition is so I can play early on my only day off for the next 3 weeks.

        There is no time frame as we're still working on a fix.

      Any sort of eta for resolution?  Are we looking like it will be fixed today or tomorrow?  I just dont want to waste my day/night if its not looking like today.
