I asked for a refund and they refused it within a second. This is clearly a joke.Any update on this..reinstall the game 3 times before I saw it was a general problem🥶🥶

Hello I'm playing nhl25 on the new ps5 digital only. Playing Franchise mode and had everything set up and play the first game and system just shuts off.
