Which pack exactly? The 99 OVR pack is received on NHL 24. For the 84 OVR pack in NHL 25, you had to pre-order before September 13th.

Never mind I think it was just one of those times where it started working again. Still no hybrid controls after updating my controller.
Community ManagerCan you try a different controller? I'm not seeing other reports of this so it doesn't seem like a widespread issue.
I’ve used multiple controllers, plugged them into the Xbox directly, reinstalled the game, cleared the cache, I’m not sure what else to do.
After I reinstalled the game, it worked for one offline play now match and it seems to work most of the time in training and practice, but as soon as I play online, it bugs out.

I did not receive my 84 Hughes pack despite pre ordering before September 13th. I contacted support and they didn’t have any answers for me. Extremely disappointing paying 100 dollars for a game I’ve always loved and not getting the perks that I paid extra for.
