Lost a game by getting stuck in a pause screen the opponent initiated…

Third game now. This one is from an intermission pause screen (which I didn’t even get to see). I would also like to note that I have a fantastic internet connection and for this particular game I shut off my port forwarding on my router just to see if it would help. (I had it port forwarded because in previous years it would kick me out of games without it). I want an answer from someone. A reply in the least from the devs. You can’t sell something like this and just not give any sort of response.
