Menus so laggy, its unplayable
It's rare that I write to fill myself with something but the game menus are really slow, it's unplayable! I didn't think it was possible to be worse than the last edition... but it is! please do some...

Community ManagerHi there. Are you talking about Franchise Mode specifically? This is an issue we're aware of.
Yes on franchise mode specifically its the worst of all. But in overall the menus in all modes are slow.

The menus in WoC are faster. I'm not noticing any lag in HUT. If you can be more specific with which menus are loading slow outside of Franchise Mode, I'll pass it on. Video would greatly help.
I find in Franchise Mode the create a player sliders month, jersey number, position etc are extremely slow - takes 4-5 seconds to move up or down one each time - wasn't like this on day one but has been the last couple days. Is this a known issue?
This is October 27, and the hut menus have become almost impossible to navigate. It’s so laggy that it take 2-3 seconds to switch to anything at all. No it’s not my wifi every other game is fine including cfb 25

Is it possible to switch to a wire to see if that helps? Also, have you power cycled your console and modem/router recently?
You have repeated this same thing every year and your advices have never helped anyone.We alla know by now that you release the game unfinished and keep telling us,that we dont know simple things.This is the slowest game I have seen for PS5...this back to Commodore64..Only a bot could live with itself by repeating same answers over and over again,year after year..I have these answers from NHL23..
