Missing wildcard rewards

Been leveling up yet my rewards are missing. Reached out to EA only for them to pass the buck to the forums. Any help would be great.

When you play on your personalized character it crashes

I’m in franchise mode and the game Stays in simulation mode

Players randomly freeze on the ice
